Glued to CNN.

I am way too tired to even attempt to write some extensive critique of tonight's live CNN Democratic Presidential debates, but I will say this discussion is quite fascinating.

I am sure that tomorrow morning every newspaper, blog, and news station in America will be recapping the explosive brawl between Clinton and Obama.

Obama to Clinton: "While I was working on the streets of Chicago you were too busy being a corporate lawyer on the board of directors of Wall Mart."

Clinton to Obama: "Actually, as a lawyer I was I fighting against legisliation by Ronald Reagon while you were working with for a slumlord businessman in inner city Chicago."

[Later]

Clinton to Obama: "I didnt say that, Bill did."
Obama to Clinton: " Well I cant tell who I'm running against--you or him."

Ouch.

This election is getting nasty. Personally, I have been more disgusted with the Clintons and their attacks on Obama over anything else.

He (Obama) is doing a great job defending himsef. The truth is finally coming out about them. I love the Clinton's with all my heart, as I have served in the Clinton Administration as a Fall 2000 White House Intern, but this side of them is troubling.

It's like they are saying anything to get elected. Obama is adsolutely correct, who are the candidates, Hillary and John Edwards or Bill, Hillary and Edwards.

I was glad to read Jim Clyburn statement today ..."Chill on Obama" ...Donna Brazile was the first (as a high ranking Black Democratic party member) to call him out on television with his "kid" remark.

We need more black leaders to question the Clintons approach toward Obama aaaand more of our black leaders should be supporting his candidacy. We as a BLACK COMMUNITY don't owe the Clintons anything...without the black vote they would not be where they are today...so they owe US.
