Dancer Go-Go Boy Chronicles continues…

It seems as though everyone has an “equal opportunity” (well, at least those privileged enough to have access to a webcam) within this broad arena of postmodern representation. With the growing popularity of everyday blogging and youtubing, pop culture continues to find itself making room for a new generation of home-made celebrities (from Perez Hilton all the way down to B. Scott).
I’ve noticed that queerness (and I use this term in the broadest sense to include everything from B. Scott’s androgyny to Alexyss Tylor’s colorful pussy commentary) seems to have an especially popular place within this medium.
Is it time for me to join the youtube phenomenon? Hmm, We’ll see. You know if I do it, I gotta do it right.
But hey, I’m getting ahead of myself. For right now I just want to pull up a chair, watch my new homeboy Marcus twist and twirl, and enjoy the voyeuristic “ride.”

I thank God every morning and night for crafting such a beautiful man.
On another note, I am surprised you have not made a post about Omarion's ass in those slacks. I KNOW you've seen the picture!

I think what all this forces us to confront is the celebrity generation and the new ideas of young queers on what it means to be recognized in the world. It used to be - get noticed at the club, on the street, etc. Now, you have to become an internet star and get hits. Same old paradigm, new medium.
