I am surprised that it took the video to make you a believer! I think the video is great. An innovation? No...reminds me a lot of some previous Missy stuff and also of when Janet was in the Busta video. What I will admit is that she looks extraordinarily hot in this video. Which we know in today's entertainment business if you give us a decent song and a hot look you're 1/2 way there. Janet achieved both... Got to love that she's still singing about sex and making orgasmic videos into her forties.

OK This is how they sold Janet on this video.
"Hey Janet this is the concept, we have you dressed up like STRANGE' from Boomerrang; You know, the crazy Grace Jones character, and then we hang you from Styrofoam rocks that look like background planets from Star Trek: The Original Series. We have background dancers hanging and swinging from planets too. Then we have you jump off your Styrofoam Planet as you turn into light(thats the COSMIC part, I added that part myself) and into a bowl of MILK. TRUST ME GIRL IT WILL BE HOT the milk is organic.
