Dante's Fried Chicken. Get Some.

The Dante Fried Chicken show is a party that brings together underground artists and other mostly Brooklyn-based creative types (think of your "typical" ghetto-cosmopolitan, afro-punk Fort Greene/Clinton Hill/Bedstuy crowd). At each house party Dante cooks up a meal family style for his guests while the bands and DJs tear it up.

This Saturday Dante's taking things outdoors, bringing his smorgasbord of underground artists and culinary treats to The Yard. So come out munch on a tapas plate of yam-banana catfish, strawberry-blueberry beef brisket (tofu options abound!), apricot-pecan cabbage salad, roasted vegetable potato salad, sock-it-to-me nuggets and a complimentary dessert. And then lean back and watch NYC’s rising stars perform the newest sounds from the underground.

Hosted by the wonderful ladies of The Agytators. There's sure to be plenty of beautiful black Brooklynites all over the place.
