black men on the politics of hiv/aids

Last night's panel discussion was productive. Kwame Banks, Mark McLaurin, Dr. Darrelle Wheeler and Keith Boykin were all fabulous co-horts for the discussion. Thanks to those who were able to attend, we had a pretty nice crowd in the architecturally saavy Kate Murphy Amphitheatre on 27th street.
-
Here are a few photos of us "in action" taken by promoter Nathan Scott. I'll have more later on what I discussed/how the event went, next steps, etc.
-
In the meantime Keith has taken followed up some of last night's discussion with an interesting new post on "Unraveling the AIDS Mystery." Take a look.

Please give us a recap when you get a chance.

Thank you so much for posting the flyer. It was nice to be in a room with black men passionate about the AIDS Epidemic in our community.
I must say you had many valid points!
