Very brief, wholly guilty, completely uncritical, dangerously unfeminist, super-gay, positive reactions to Britney's New CD.

Britney Spears' latest album Circus reminds me exactly why I am a gay man. Only a teenage white girl or a grown, gay man (and clearly there's a metonymic relationship between the two) could fully appreciate the sugary-sweet treats that Spears' latest CD offers to the world.

Have you heard it yet? It's amazing.

My favorites are "If You Seek Amy," "Phonography," "Shattered Glass," and "Kill the Lights," (the male voice that opens this track is unmistakably black and gay). I also find myself suddenly wanting to vogue when I hear "Womanizer" (especially the Tommie Sunshine remix, which I've included below).

This is the album that Madonna wishes she was still young enough to record, and that Beyonce wishes she was clever enough to think of first (see "Phonography.") Without question, its the best album Britney has ever recorded. Does that say much? Of course not, but still.

I'm officially a fan.

i see you see the light now...LOL...This album is golden for hewr...you can see glimpses of her days during the OOPS era, during the first album, during In the Zone but not much during Blackout...(just a little)...

my favorite songs are "Shattered Glass", "MMM Papi", "Kill the Lights" and "My Baby"....and of course "Circus" and "Womanizer" dammit..just the whole album...just wish she picked a better cover art photo. lol

Blah...this album doesn't come close to pop master piece(blackout).Apart from a few standout tracks(3)everything else is repetitive, bland and boring.

Inane—Britney is fucking naff, and a symbol of everything thats wrong with your country!

Great Post! i see you see the light now...LOL...This album is golden for hewr...you can see glimpses of her days during the OOPS era, during the first album, during In the Zone but not much during Blackout...(just a little).
